How it Works
Step 1: Introduction
After you've requested our bespoke Atelier service we'll send you an email asking for some information on your project, and you'll be contacted by your personal designer.
We'll ask about your design styles, budget and ask you to send us any inspiration images you might have. Your designer will help you discover your style if you're unsure.
Step 2: Meeting & Design Prep
By this stage your designer will have a general idea of your project, and you'll have a 40 minute video call with your designer to confirm design style and direction of the project.
Photos and floor plans of the room are sent to the designer, who will begin working on your bespoke design concept.
Step 3: Design
Your Designer will create space plans and colour concepts through mood boards, floor plans and 3D renders (purchased separately).
We specify furniture and fittings based on your budget and design style.
We present the first design to you over email, and your designer will work with you through any comments you may have.
Once you approve the design concept your designer will finalise your plan and specification.
Step 4: Final Presentation
Your designer will present your completed room design over a video call, or via email if you prefer.
You'll be given a package that includes your revised mood board, a complete furniture and fitting specification and discounts on any LLB product specified for you.
Your designer will be available to you for support and aftercare for three weeks after your final presentation.
